Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only for services or orders that have been cancelled by us or terminated from our end.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations initiated by the client after the service has been confirmed, unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement.
Processing of Refunds
Where eligible, the refund will be processed only through our registered business account within a reasonable time frame.
Customers will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Non-Refundable Services
Consultation charges, digital services, and administrative fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
